"ZOOTV" tour - august 18, 1992. U2 perform in Saratoga Springs, New york at the Saratoga Raceway. The venue falls short of a sell out by a little less than 5,000 seats. Adam Clayton watches one of the opening acts, "Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy" from the stands relatively unnotieced. Larry performs "Dirty Old Town", "an Irish traditional song. I'll do a very bad rendition of it for you now." Support is B.P. Fallon, "Primus" and "Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy".

"ZOOTV-Zooropa" tour - august 18, 1993. U2 perform in Cardiff, Wales at Arms Park. Edge sings 'Numb.'

"POPMart" tour - august 18, 1997. U2 perform in Nurenberg, Germany, at Zeppelinfield. Edge´s karaoke this night is 'Daydream Believer.'

"Elevation" tour - august 18, 2001 / London, England - Earl's Court - Kelis. A small snippet of 'Love Will Tear Us Apart' is included at the end of 'With or Without You'. The concert ends with Bono repeating 'I am nothing' at the end of Walk On. Edge wears burgundy shirt # 7, this night. ITV's new football show, "The Premiereship", debuts tonight with a shortened version of "Beautiful Day" as the theme song.

Jacknife Lee is rumored to work with U2 during the September to recording sessions - August 18, 2006 - ....the rumors continue...Garret (Jacknife Lee) is soon to begin work with the Editors on their new album and will rejoin U2 for a month in September for what is sure to be another highly creative recording session....
