If they can do both at the same time, you're okay," he added. Keys said Bono "works tirelessly at really having a cause and fighting for it". The Black Ball fundraiser was also attended by stars including Gwen Stefani and Sheryl Crow. The annual event generates all the charity's operational costs for a year. The Keep A Child Alive charity provides anti-retro viral medication to children and families in Africa with Aids. Bono was also awarded with the Liberty Medal for his humanitarian work in Africa last month.
